Feeling light

I used to constantly be lightheaded. It's an occurrence that normally happens due to low blood pressure and poor circulation. It's an easy fix. Just get your heart going.

Stretch in the morning to help your circulation.

When you take your break at work, take a walk.

I know you here it all the time, but park farther away from where ever your destination is.

Take your dog for a walk. Seriously, you both probably need it.

When you talk on the phone, pace.

And when you have housecleaning to do, turn on some music and shake those hips.

It is such an easy fix, there is no excuse to let yourself be lightheaded.
